We offer 18 months of warranty. If the product develops a fault (except those due to willful damage or customer misuse) within 3 days after receiving the product that you should notify us by email, facsimile, or phone…etc. We will repair such DOA (Dead on arrival) free at cost.
For merchandise sent for repair or replacement in or out of warranty, you must first obtain a RMA number from our sales team. Please send the repairs to the company address at Rm. 1, 3F., No.77, Sec. 1, Xintai 5th Rd., Xizhi Dist., New Taipei City 221, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
1. GA will not accept any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification. The exhausted parts such as Housings, LCD displays , water resistant membrane and batteries are exclusive of warranty, replacement on such parts should be on customer’s expense.
2. Customers cover all transportation and insurance costs in case warranty terms are not applicable.
